I can refuse a commission if it does not follow my Terms of Service or my comfortability. GENERAL INFORMATION ;
1. As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks. Unless requested to be private by the client.2. Do not claim, edit, trace, copy, modify, my artworks in any circumstances without my consent. You may credit me; @mr.donutstealer, @ezorziel on instagram, @mxkiel on toyhouse.3. My usual turnaround time [TAT] is a 3 days to a week at most. This may change depending on how busy I am that week and how complicated the commission is. I'll provide a range whenever a client approaches.3. I send multiple updates throughout the process only when I have made progress. That being said, I may be gone a couple of days with no progress nor message. Unless requested, I'll be happy to provide.4. Heavily preferring if there are visual references ready! Photo references that you've found and collaged are perfectly ok. Written description is least preferred since there may be miscommunication. Do keep in mind my art shifts styles due to constant development. PAYMENT PROCESS & REFUND ;
- Payment is accepted in USD or PHP, through Paypal/Ko-fi/Vgen/Gcash. I may take other payment methods as well such as; Nitro, Robux, Giftcards, Top-ups, etc.- I usually send a concept sketch first then payment [Preferably through invoicing]. Though, I can do 50/50 or after the piece with multiple watermarks if you're a verifiable/verified buyer. If it has been paid but canceled mid-way/after sketch. I can only refund half unless I haven't started on it, I can refund it all.- Major revisions such as alternate body type, different clothes, change of character design, many more after the sketching phase will result in an additional fee (price depends on the complexity of the revision but for reference, I will always take half of the original commission price and base the fee from there).- There are additional fees for; Detailed backgrounds, Complex/Intricate designs, Rush/Deadlines, Commercial use.PERSONAL USE vs COMMERCIAL USE
- Personal Use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. This does not cost any extra fees.- Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains. This is to be discussed in DMs.
